How does the Free Settling-In Visit work?
We welcome parents to bring their child for a free morning visit before making any commitment. This helps your child become comfortable with their educators, peers, and classroom routine. It's completely free with no obligation!
What credentials do your Early Childhood Educators hold?
Every room at Tiny Genius Daycare is led by Level 2 and Level 3 Certified Early Childhood Educators (ECEs). All staff maintain active First Aid in Child Care certification and complete thorough police Vulnerable Sector background checks.
How do parents receive daily updates about their child?
We provide daily reporting through our secure parent communication app. You'll receive real-time updates regarding snacks, nap times, learning activities, and photos throughout the day, plus a detailed verbal hand-over at pickup.
What are your operating hours and government subsidy rates?
We are open Monday to Friday, from 6:30 AM to 6:00 PM. As a licensed daycare participating in the Alberta Child Care Affordability Grant, full-time parent fees are capped at $326.25/month (no separate grant application needed).
