Terms of Service

By registering your child at Tiny Genius Daycare, you agree to comply with the terms, fees, guidelines, and handbook rules detailed below.

1. Enrollment Processing Fee

A non-refundable registration processing fee of **$75** is required to submit an application. This fee covers digital system enrollment and administrative setup.

2. Flat Tuition Payments

Tuition is due on the 1st of each calendar month. In alignment with Alberta provincial agreements, parent out-of-pocket fees are capped at **$326.25/month** for full-time care and **$230.00/month** for part-time care.

3. Operating Schedule & Late Pickups

Our program operates Monday to Friday from **6:30 AM to 6:00 PM**. Late pick-up fees are applied for children remaining after 6:00 PM to compensate educators working extended shifts.

4. Illness Policy

To protect other children and staff, children displaying active symptoms (fever, continuous cough, rash, vomiting) must remain home until cleared or asymptomatic for 24 hours.
